PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

• A €20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This can be transferred to a another date if 48 hours notice is given.
• SQUEEZE IN services are an additional €20 and will be added to the total price of the treatment.
• Cancellations must be made 48 hours before your appointment. Less then 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellations.
• No shows means 50% of the service price will be charged (if this is not payed you will be blacklisted from making an appointment)
• Please notify if you’re going to be late. 15 minutes late means you will be required to pay a €10 late fee. Anything after 20 minutes is an automatic cancellation with a non-refundable deposit.
• No refunds will be given for any reasons on eyelash extensions.
• Retention issues: make sure to take good care of your lashes anything less than 40% is a full set.
• We offer a 3 days guarantee if you are not happy with the out come of your lashes or you have lost an amount of lashes, we recommend contacting us within the 3 days and we will offer you a free fix. We cannot be held responsible for any issues after the 3 days, and you will be charged at full price for the service.
• A patch test is recommended if you had previous allergic reactions or sensitivity to eyelash extensions. We cannot be held responsible if you do have an allergic reaction to the products. The patch test can be done 48 hours before the appointment(no extra costs)
• If you have an allergic reaction please contact us and a removal will be offered free of charge.
• We do not work on other lash technicians work.
• Please come to your appointment alone, there is no extra space.
• Please arrive with clean lashes and no makeup.
